This booklet is undated, but comparison to the 1952 HR Bestfit catalog supports this also being from around 1952. In both catalogs, the ration between the cost of an 18R and an 18B is 1.27027. Also, the ratio between the odd prices here (ending with 60 cents) and the 1952 HR catalog is exactly 1.4000 for both types of Inverto 18 and all of the configurations of the Junior Inverto 600.
So, this one is likely from around 1952.
Around 1952, a Canadian dollar was worth around 90 cents US. So, only part of the price increase in Canada is explained by the exchange rate. The other nearly 30% must be the dreaded "Prices higher in Canada". Sorry, Canada!
